## Overview

BFR Bands are premium 3-inch wide double-wrap occlusion straps designed for targeted blood flow restriction training. Engineered to safely reduce oxygen supply during low-load workouts (10-30% 1RM), they accelerate muscle hypertrophy and lean muscle tone in legs and glutes. Featuring a no-slip, ultra-comfortable design, these bands are easy to apply and remove, making them ideal for gym enthusiasts seeking efficient muscle growth. Each 2-pack includes a bonus workout eBook to maximize your results.

## Description

These BFR occlusion tourniquets are easy to strap up, easy to remove as soon as the exercise is completed, and exceptionally comfortable on the working limb. The bfr cuff is applied to the upper thighs or calves and paired with loads of 10-30% of a 1RM in order to achieve lean muscle and great tone quickly without heavy weight-lifting. These blood flow restriction cuff bands have a patent-pending double wrap velcro design which makes them very easy to put on the legs and to keep optimal pressure throughout your workout. These bands are primarily designed for legs or calves. If you are looking for the best Occlusion Training Bands , buy BFR Bands Double Wrap Model. Click "Add to Cart" now!

## Features

- Lean & Tone: Designed to offer the most targeted blood flow restriction for maximum muscle gain, our double-wrap BFR bands for women glutes reduce oxygen supply to the muscles to slow twitch muscle fibers and diminish their response to workout loads, resulting in faster lean muscle gain.
- Muscle Growth: Our blood restriction workout bands induce hypertrophy at very low loads (10-30% of a 1RM) and can increase muscle protein synthesis, resulting in increased muscle growth.
- Ultra-Comfortable: Designed with an extra-strong double-wrap strap, our BFR straps are easy to strap up, effortless to release, and exceptionally comfortable on the legs and calves.
- No Slip: Easy to strap up and effortless to release, our BFR bands for men & women stay securely in place, so you can lift freely without worrying about adjustments or slippage.
- Great Gift: If you need a practical gift for your gym-loving buddy, these occlusion training bands are the gain you're looking for. The 2-pack also includes a bonus BFR eBook with a full workout program.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are these comfortable doing push up and pull up? I prefer body weight exercises so will these still be helpful?**
A: ^^You're not supposed to use BFR bands with heavy weight. It's meant to be used with lighter weight and fatigue the muscle faster. 30, 15, 15 reps with 30-60 seconds of rest in between.

**Q: I never got the free ebook in my email. how do i get it. i bought the product and it works well. would really like some back ground info and tips.**
A: Contact seller; also the ebook could've been sent to your primary email.

**Q: I received my bfr bands but in a ziplock bag not in a pouch as described nor have i received the link for the e-book.**
A: Hi, I do apologize for any confusion. We don’t advertise a pouch being included anywhere in the product description of this Amazon listing. Where are you seeing this? Also, the link to the e-book guide is on the paper that was inside the plastic with your bands (right below the highlighted text of the paper).

**Q: Are they adjustable?**
A: Yes, these are fully adjustable. You can see a video demo here: https://youtu.be/I8SKvFyJmAI
