remote stopped working after 2 days. Was able to clear it based on your instructions. Will not re pair with method 1 or 2 what should I do?

The first lamp I ordered appeared to have a dead bulb. I tried to pair the remote with it but simply could not get it to work. I additionally put the bulb in a regular (non-dimmable) lamp just to ensure that the bulb was indeed a dud (it was). I contacted the seller to see if they could send me a new bulb and they actually sent me an entirely new lamp. The bulb and remote on the second one worked just fine and continue to work fine over a year later. The seller is very responsive. While they don't have replacement bulbs and remotes in stock, they will not hesitate to ship out a new lamp to you at no extra cost so I'd reach out directly to the seller, explain the problem, explain that you've attempted both fix methods, and see if they'll just send you a new lamp.
