I made a top to attach to it for work surface and it is my mobile toolbench. When I need the platform I release the top and remove with helper. Price was great, shipped quick. It's not ultra-heavy-duty, but I wouldn't expect it to be at this price point. What it is, though, is bigger than the rest. I don't want to stand on the thinner ones, my shoes are as wide as some of these platforms! This offers more stability with it's bigger footprint. If it's not robust enough for you then check some of the other reviews for improvements, this is a good starting point for a large platform and worth any DIY effort required to make it work for you.

I purchased this last month to clean my outdoor windows but since then I have used it for so many things! I didn't realize how useful this thing would be in my life. I have used it in my vegetable garden to pick string beans and blackberries that were too high to reach. I have cleaned my gutters, and I have painted my bedroom, it is a lifesaver! It is super sturdy, every for a large person. My mom and I are both senior citizens so the stairs are a little steep for us, so I just use a stepladder beside the platform to stabilize myself when getting on it. I did purchase it when it was on sale, but it is worth every penny!
