On delivery you are provided with something that doesn't appear to work, the mandrel either cannot be fitted or doesn't present enough of the screw to work. Rotate the spindle from the drill end until the mandrel is correctly visible. I did try posting a YouTube video that shows this correctly, but Amazon prevent the inclusion of external links. Another issue that some advanced guidance would be useful on, is how easy it is to break the mandrel. I have broken two, in two attempts. Replacement mandrels add up to about the cost of the entire tool.
