I do not let knife sharpeners sharpen my knives. All I have seen use a sanding belt. There is a danger of burning the blade. Learn to do it yourself. It's not hard to do. I started shaving with a straight razor when I was 15 Get a hone, a leather/canvas strop, or leather only and watch some videos.
