You can search for "forever fit" in the app store for apple or android. You will see that Days 1 and 2 follow one schedule and Days 3 thru 9 are a different schedule. You drink 4 oz of the Aloe Vera (right out of the bottle - as is) at the indicated times of the day from the schedule. You dont need to mix it with water, however it recommends you drink at least 8 of water each time you down a 4 oz shot of Aloe Vera.
