I started taking this about five days ago and it will have your stomach upset but it's better than taking Metformin. But if you have taking Metformin before you should already knows how it will make you feel the first week. This is a good product to used but the tiny side effects is not good. But I will continue to take it and push through it.

I have been taking this for 2 months just to help with digestive issues. It certainly helps me to be "regular". I take one in the AM and the other in PM. However it did nothing for me as far as appetite reduction or weight loss.
