As soon as these arrived I put them on and haven't removed them for days. They are ultra comfortable to wear, I shower and sleep and workout with them in. I was pleasantly surprised that they do not slip out easily. I do not even have one of those clear safety backings on (which I do for most earrings I wear). Maybe once a day I'll check and make sure they are roughly even through my ear, but that is it. I like how low maintenance they are. Other reviews are correct in that they do catch the light beautifully. The type of chain (box chain pattern) is why it reflects light so nicely.
