Large Ice Pack for Shoulder and Back Injuries Reusable Gel Ice Wrap for Full Back Pain Relief and Swelling from Injury and Surgery, Soft Plush Lining, Flexible and Long Lasting

This ice pack has been a game-changer for me after every workout. I often struggle with upper back pain due to intense exercise, and this ice pack provides the relief I need. The large size is perfect for covering my entire back, and the design is both comfortable and effective. One side is soft and gentle on the skin, while the other is durable, so you don't have to worry about condensation or discomfort. What I really appreciate is how flexible the ice pack remains, even when frozen. It stays pliable, making it easy to wrap around my back and shoulders, and the two straps keep it securely in place, allowing me to move around while still getting the benefits of cold therapy. My doctor mentioned that using it after workouts helps reduce inflammation, and I've definitely noticed the difference. It cools down my muscles quickly and effectively, making recovery much smoother. Overall, this is a fantastic buy for anyone who works out regularly or deals with back pain. The quality is top-notch, with no issues of leakage, and it stays cold for a long time. Plus, it’s reusable and easy to store in the freezer, so it’s always ready when I need it. Highly recommend this produc

Loved this back ice pack. Did a great job, stayed cool for an hour, then refroze again in another 2 hours. Fit very comfortable with room to tighten or loosen as needed. This was a LIFESAVER. Great quality and a great price point. Would highly recommend.

i use it to beat the heat. looks weird wearing it alone so i wear a light jacket on top. keeps me cool but obviously only works for a few hours. the condensation even drops on the outside as opposed to getting your shirt wet

This is amazing. The fleece doesn’t get soaked through from the ice pack it stays totally dry!! I use it to cool off and it’s absolutely perfect. My mum will borrow it for when she hurts her back and she also loves it.

This is a great ice pack if you want one that covers a large area. I'm 5'7" and find that is fits a s pictured. The plush side is great because it controls the coldness so you won't freeze yourself, and also wont get wet from condensation like the other side does. It stays cold for at least 1/2 an hour and won't move around like an ice bag will. The only thing I don't like about it is that it's not comfortable around the neck because there's a sharp seam there, but it's tolerable, and worth it, to have the ice in that area. The rectangular back ones offer a lot of coverage across your back, but some people only need the ice on their spine. The idea someone shared about wearing it in hot weather is brilliant. I think it could even save someone during a heat spell.
