If you do your homework, test your soil. Add lime and fertilizer as needed, any seed will grow. I’ve used this stuff for years in south eastern Pa. it works well. Deer like the brassicas. Will it pull a mature big buck into a plot during day light hours? Maybe not.. but it will get em interested in spending more time in your area. It’ll also have the fawns and does staying close by
