I had to Move my garbage can as far away from the house as possible. And the amazing thing is, the now empty traps were STILL attracting flies, even after I tried to rinse them out. Couldn’t get all the fly residue out. A few weeks later, I finally tackled that job and washed them out, outside with soap, hot water and bleach. And that was gross. And for the last month the traps have been sitting empty and clean on my back porch as I haven’t gotten over the trauma to use my refills and go for round 2.
