**Q: would this make a difference if used alone or is it only for cpap users?**
A: After using this strap for about 4 months I can say I see the possibility it could be very helpful without the CPAP device as well as with it.

**Q: is your product actually manufactured by philips respironics?**
A: Sleep Restfully's is actually made by Respironics. That's is why there is such a price difference.

**Q: Will the chin strap help grinding of teeth?**
A: I have a mouth guard that I use in conjunction with the strap. I do not believe it would reduce the grinding.

**Q: I am a heavy mouth breather and currently use two chin straps together. To keep my mouth closed for my cpap to function. How strong ais this strap?**
A: This chin strap is very strong.  Both straps on it are adjustable to give you the tension you need.
