Cando 30-2100 White Round Foam Roller, 6" Diameter x 36" Length

I use these almost every day to relieve back and shoulder tension and they are wonderful. I would actually recommend buying two - that's what I did - because then it's easy to roll my lower back, which I found quite hard with just one roll (having two means I can support my shoulders with one, and roll my lower back with the other). I think the firmness is just right with these, soft enough to be comfortable and firm enough to give a good deep massage. I got the first one from a physical therapist and then bought the second here. It's fantastic to know that if I'm achy or tense there's a solution right in my living room. I would highly recommend these foam rolls. Now if I could keep my 4yo from jumping on top of me while I'm rolling... ;)

Love this roller. Use it everyday losen my back and gets me going for the day! Also I don’t feel like I would fall the roller while engaging the exercise because of the 3 feet foam length. No regrets

Life saver. I use this at least twice a day and it has saved my back from seizing on numerous occasions. I highly recommend this one to anyone not wanting one of the extremely hard and painful rollers. However they seem to have raised the price since I purchased mine in May. But knowing how much it has saved me I’d pay the higher price now

My husband had a horrible pinched nerve in his shoulder blade for months. He went to the chiropractor several times, and even got a massage. Still had issues. He ended up needing Physical Therapy for other issues, and asked the lady about it. She recommended getting this foam roller. When it arrived, I kinda laughed. But he immediately started doing the exercises she recommenced, and within a few days, he noticed a huge difference. He lays on it, where the roller goes from your neck to your butt. (that general area) Long ways. Then slowly raise your arms above your head. Then put your arms out to the side. slowly. you can feel the Deep penetration of the roller into your deepest muscles! I used it too, it's absolutely amazing!! It really is a workout for our muscles. We love it so much!!

I sit at a computer all day and this helps stretch out my back and shoulders. It is firm but not to the point of hurting (for me anyway). Really relaxes those muscles and relieves the achiness I get from being hunched over a computer. I bought this roller years ago from a pilates studio I was going to and lost it during a move. Glad I found it here.
