Years ago bought one of these from a chiropractor .. but under a different name, maybe Koalaty or something. And when you have certain kinds of neck problems, sometimes it's a gotta have. After a decade it started deteriorating here and there, kept adding epoxy to seal it up but really needed to replace. Was very pleased to find a new one. Because the other inflatable ones I've used are nowhere near as nice. This is comfortable and effective.

I really liked the idea ... and it worked for a while ... but: The product is cheaply made: a series of inflatable rings with holes between rings where air passes from ring-to-ring during inflation. Problems: 1. The rings are glued together around these holes with what appears to be inferior-quality adhesive. It began leaking air around a glue joint within a few weeks of infrequent use. 2. The same adhesive appears to be used to glue on Velcro strips that hold the brace in place. The Velcro was stronger than the adhesive, and it separated, making the Velcro useless. 3. The squeeze bulb is attached to the hose by a friction attachment that slips off regularly, causing the product to deflate rapidly.

Recommended by my chiropractor to help maintain my neck after alignment. I wear it every so often for 20 - 30 minutes and then follow the recommended exercises that come with this device followed by icing down my neck. Neck has not caused any problems since, avoiding repeat chiropractor visits.
