I love the variable speed control and the turbo boost function; it gives you perfect control over the texture, whether you want something lightly mixed or fully pureed. It’s comfortable to hold and feels well balanced, so it’s easy to use even for longer tasks without giving out any smoke. The set comes with everything you need: a blending beaker, a whisk attachment and a chopping bowl. The chopper is great for making dips, pesto or chopping vegetables, and the whisk works perfectly for whipping cream or egg whites with no leakage. This is so easy to use, so much so rarely get out my food processor anymore. Great for making humous, soups and cakes. Can chop herbs and onions finely.
