From the NSF site:"NSF/ANSI 53: Health EffectsNSF/ANSI 53 is the second NSF benchmark standard that addresses reduction claims for residential water filters. This standard establishes the minimum requirements for the certification of POU/POE filtration systems designed to reduce specific health-related contaminants, such as Cryptosporidium, lead, volatile organic chemicals (VOCs) and asbestos that may be present in public or private drinking water. The scope of this standard also includes material safety, structural integrity and other health-related contaminant reduction performance claims. The most common reduction claims verified by this standard are heavy metals, inorganics and volatile organic chemicals."https://www.nsf.org/newsroom_pdf/water_42_53_insert.pdfWhen our last filter was due to be replaced, my daughter was complaining about the taste of the water. After replacement with this filter, no more complaints. :). I was leary to buy these because they were so inexpensive, but activated carbon is used in the expensive ones too. **Q: Why do I hear vibration noise after installing new filter?** A: I think I understand what you're talking about. While I wouldn't have described it as a vibration, I did hear some noise briefly after I installed the new filter. Until the new filter is installed, it's filled with air. After installing and beginning use, I hear a bit of noise for a while as water enters the filter and pushes air through the tubing. I found that after a few uses, the air was completely displaced and there was no further noise while using it. If the sound or "vibration" continues for an extended period of time, I would check the filter seal, ensuring that it is fully seated. An inadequate seal between the filter and the mounting flange might allow air to enter the filter during use, thereby causing the noise you describe. **Q: Does it fit whirlpool wrx735sdbm00?** A: Dear Customer, this filter fits whirlpool wrx735sdbm00. ICEPURE Refrigerator Water Filter also fits the following Refrigerator Model： WRF535SWHV00, WRF535SWHW00, WRF535SWHZ, WRF555SDFZ, WRF555SDHV00, WRX735DBM02, WRX735SDBM, WRX735SDBM00, WRX735SDHB00, GI0FSAXVY, GI5FSAXVY02, GI6FARXXB, GI6FARXXY, GI6FDRXXY, GI6SARXXF05, GX5FHTXVQ, GX5FHTXVY, GZ25FSRXYY, GZ25FSRXYY2, GZ25FSRXYY5, KBFS20EVMS, KBFS20EVWH, KBFS22EWMS, KBFS25EWMS, KFCO22EVBL, KFCP22EXMP, KFCS22EVMS, KFIS20XVMS, KFIS25XVMS, KFIS25XVMS1, KFXS25RYMS, KFXS25RYMS4, ACD2234HRS, AFD2535DEW, AFD2535FES, AFI2538AES, AFI2538AEW, ARS266ZBC, ASD2620HRW, ASD2622HRW, JBL2088HES, JBR2088HES, JCB2058GEW, JCD2290HES, JCD2292HTB. **Q: Does this fit Kenmore 596.52673200?** A: Dear customer, Thank you for your question, yes , this filter is compatible with Kenmore 596.52673200. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing product *by R***A on July 14, 2026* I've ordered these several times now and they are great quality and price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kitchen Aid fridge replacement *by C***A on June 9, 2026* Works for our Kitchen Aid fridge.
