**Q: Is it refillable?**
A: This model is not refillable.

**Q: are these full size?**
A: The size of djeep lighters are approx. 2" high, by 1"  wide. BTW, they used to have a large flame, great for lighting cigars, but now, full open. the flame is only  maybe 4/4" at the most, maybe even only 1/2 inch. However, they are still pretty reliable.
