I do not own a dishwasher and my last dish tray, which I had for about 20 years, was on it's last legs. I had tried a few replacements and they were too small or didn't drain properly so glasses never fully dried. Since the IZLIF 2 tier rack was 2 tiered and a wire style rack, I hoped it would work....I LOVE IT. Space wise, it takes up less space on the counter than any other rack that I tried but since it is 2 tiered with side overhangs for glasses, it holds a TON!!! I did a test run with dishes, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, etc. and everything works and is incredibly sturdy. There is a slight overhang on the back from each row of the top tier, that works great for spatulas, large cutlery, and other oversized utensils.I will say that when I received the item, the actual water collecting tray had a crack all along one side but it was sealed in the bag and everything in the box was well packed so I believe it was just one of those things and I believe it happened at the manufacture's so it's understandable. When I notified the EasyPAG (the seller), they were quick to respond. Offered me a choice of partial refund or replacement. They let me know it would take some time to get just the tray replaced from the manufacturer, offered to replace the whole thing.....just completely above and beyond!For anyone who doesn't have a dishwasher or just would rather hand wash on a day to day basis to save on energy, I would HIGHLY recommend this product and I could not sing the praises of EasyPAG (the seller) enough. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It holds everything *by M***M on October 22, 2018* First. If you put the utensil basket on the long side, leaning against the side support piece, it drains into the pan. Just fill evenly. Secondly, this even has a rack for stemware, which I didn't realize when I bought it. It also has a cup rack on the short side which will also hold cutting boards. I generally wash stemware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils and knives by hand so they are ready for the next meal. Everything else goes in the dishwasher to be washed every other day or so, which is good because my oversized plates in the top rack of this would be hit by my cupboard door. It is very tall which allows it to hold my largest pots and pans. I like that I can break it down for storage which is why I bought it in the first place. Assembly is a little tricky so I leave it out most of the time. But it is quite attractive so I don't mind. It is VERY well designed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am pleased with my new dish rack *by S***Y on March 6, 2018* I am pleased with my new dish rack. I haven't had a 2-tier before. It doesn't fit large plates like the picture indicates (but I have square plates, so that may be why), but I can place those flat on the bottom tier. I wish the utensil holder was silver or black, but it's not enough to turn me off. The top cup holder holds two large glasses with no problems. I thought they might tip the rack or fall over, but I can put one or two and it's perfectly fine. Overall, I am really glad I switched to this.
