I had spine surgery and needed a second brace. these ended up being the ones I used more because it was more comfortable than the ones the hospital provided. I take them off and put them back on a lot and the Velcro has been very durable. it is easy to adjust and provides good support for my neck. The price was way cheaper than at my local pharmacy. The only drawback is that my neck gets a little too warm and sweaty when I wear it but that's with all braces.

I bought this after I had a car wreck. The wreck injured my neck and shoulders, and my head felt like it weighed 100 pounds on my neck. This item was washable and had great Velcro strength. I found this to be very helpful as it helped to l keep the pressure off of me trying to hold my head up on my own. If I had to, I would buy it again. I hope I won’t need to, but if I had to, I would buy this item again.

This is a decent product and a good price. I bought it to replace our old soft collar which was labelled as 3.5 inches. This was too wide and kept sliding up over the chin! Our original had a more contoured shaped with a slight cut out in the front and tapered towards the back.

Let’s be real honest here, this thing is not comfortable specifically in a lying down position(despite saying it’s for sleeping) I apparently have a much different opinion on what is considered soft foam because this thing does not seems soft and despite getting the smallest size, it feels like it pushes up on my jaw too much and depsite having it at as loose as possible, it still feels suffocating(May be a personal thing to get used to). I can only imagine how hot it will be at night. I have hyper mobility issues in my neck and because of this I’ve suffered several injuries. I often wake up in the night with my head bent all the way back and neck killing me. I wanted to get this as a cheap option just to prevent this from happening, but at this point I’m thinking of returning and getting a slightly more expensive one that’s actually going to be soft and breathable while keeping my head from rolling back. I will probably still give this a try tonight but definitely regretting thinking I could just grab a cheap thing to help me sleep. Allllll of that being said, it is a bit more comfortable in a seated position and would probably be a good cheap option for daytime use.

This is great and VERY comfortable! There were a lot of size choices and I made the right ones. Be sure to get an accurate measurement of your neck and the vertical distance from your chin to collarbones. I got the tallest version which fits and supports with no strain or pressure. It's just keeping the neck straight. My neck has given me trouble since it was damaged in an accident when I was a little child. Sleeping can be painful, no matter what position I take, but this cervical collar already feels like a healthy solution.

I was looking for relief as my neck and shoulders muscles were very tense and felt weak. I had recently injured my left shoulder, rotator cuff. I was given a sling, but that aggravated it and caused my back to tense in my neck and my shoulders. I used heat to help relax the tension. I was in excruciating pain. I had gone to see a doctor and was referred to PT. In the meantime, I purchased a back brace to help support my back. The back supporter helped, but I was beginning to have trouble lifting my head up. Also, I was getting tingling in my fingers. I went to PT and was put in a traction apparatus and it helped. I only went twice and only on the apparatus once. I was still in pain still using heat to help the tension. I looked into a neck brace and I'm happy I did. This brace is a lifesaver! I put it on and what a difference it made! I had it on for about an hour and the relief was immediate. This brace is simple and it is so comfortable. It is relieving the pain in my shoulders and helping my head from tilting downward. The brace is soft, but holds its shape for ultimate comfort. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Very soft and comfortable. Can wear for a good length of time. It doesn't fold down or slide around. Fits average size neck. Meaning if you have a small thin neck line it may be too big. If you have a large thicker neck area it may be too small. There's not alot of velcro for adjusting. Easy to spot clean. So far its been very durable. And a good price!

I bought a second one of these collars so that I can wash one and let it thoroughly dry and use the other. I have a special use where I use this collar to help support my jaw closed while I sleep on my back to help control sleep apnea. I did add extra Velcro strips to make this work for me, but for use as a cervical collar, it probably shouldn't be an issue (I urderd the 2.5", Large) For the purpose of this review, as a cervical collar, I did try the unmodified brace. It felt like it provided good support and is still comfortable. I had no trouble sleeping in this brace. In general, construction and stitching is very good. I downgraded one-star for only one reason - the free end of the Velcro adjusting strap is not finished, which may make it a little difficult to find the end of the strap to release. For my use, it was easy for me to add about 1/2" more Velcro to the extensions I added so that I could fold- over and make about a 1/4" 'grab-tab' to make release easy. Many user could probably do the same with the existing Velcro strap if there is sufficient adjustment strap available. It was easy to create the grab-tab with a zig-zag stitch on a sewing machine.

I think they've sent me a larger neck brace. A 2.5 inch would have been perfect. But I've received a 3 inch brace. I bought this for controlling snoring and it kind of works. Basically when you are sleeping on your back, the lower jaw loosens and opens up as you fall asleep. This is why we start snoring. Wearing a neck brace like this holds the jaw and keeps the mouth closed. There are other face/chin straps for this. But I didn't find them comfortable. This one seems to do the job well. Just be careful about the size and softness when buying so that it is not uncomfortable while sleeping. For 250/- we can experiment and find the best fit.
