Blackstone Infrared Thermometer with Probe

This works really well and has been super useful when cooking on our Blackstone. I like having both the infrared option and the probe—it makes it easy to check surface temps as well as internal temps without guessing. It’s straightforward to use and gives quick readings, which helps a lot when trying to get consistent results while cooking. I’ve found it especially helpful for knowing when the griddle is actually ready. It’s also easy to wipe down and doesn’t take up much space when storing. Overall, a really functional tool that makes cooking a lot easier.

Way better price as well as accuracy than another brand we bought. Very useful and handy especially when just starting out cooking on blackstone.

Great thermometer and high quality

I purchased this thermometer to check the surface temperature of my Blackstone Griddle. It works perfectly and as an added bonus you can also check meat temperature as well. It’s digital so easy to read. It is also built well and is fairly accurate. I use it every time I cook on my griddle. It’s basically two thermometers in one and worth the money IMO.

Works so good for so long had one in my house for actual years. Started working at a kitchen and bought one for there as well when the last one kicked the bucket. Going on 3 months of testing oils at 320 checking 100's of chicken a day.

This is awesome, makes me the king of the grill !
