The fruit punch flavor is really good — not too sweet, not too artificial. It mixes well, keeps me hydrated, and is perfect for daily use. Great value and super refreshing!

My New Best Hydrating Friend!
I know everyone needs to drink a lot of water however I do not like the taste of water so I’m always on the search for water powders. Well, I think I found my new best friend. It’s refreshing. It’s extremely easy to shake and mix up. I love the fruit punch flavor and I find that after I drink it I just feel better and more awake. I will definitely be ordering more.

More water = better flavor
I love the fruit punch flavor, especially compared to the other flavors. I mean, it sort of reminds me of my childhood kool-aid days! However, there are no directions other than “add to your hydramate bottle” and I found out the hard way that you need a full 32oz for this to taste right (and avoid that artificial taste). Definitely delicious with 32oz less than that is an odd artificial taste. But once you get that ratio right, it's smooth sailing!

Great product and cheaper than Liquid IV.. I'm a Cocktail Server @ a casino..I drink one when I get to work.. This hydrates me and gives me energy to get me through my shift.. Love all the flavors ! Fast shipping

Goid flavor
This stuff is great. The flavor is really good. I only use half a pack per drink though cause a whole one is overpowering for me. I definitely tell the difference when I add these to my water.

Fruit Punch tastes terrible
I don't usually review things, but the fruit punch is terrible and that is saying a lot coming from me. I can handle most flavors ok, but this one has an aftertaste that is very unpleasant. Do not recommend the fruit punch flavor anyway. Updated - 8/13/25. - I was contacted by customer support to make it right, which is huge in my opinion! Thank you for having great customer service!!
