I thought it was broken and was ready to return it. It is so quiet, I didn’t notice it wasn’t running until I became concerned my plants weren’t growing much. This is a pot in pot design, with the trellis supported by the outer pot and the pump in the outer pot. It would have been impossible for me to disassemble and clean the pump if my plants were growing on the trellis. I will try using twist ties to attach the trellis to the poles. I wish the manufacturer would improve the design so it would be obvious when the pump stops and easier to disassemble to service. It would be a good idea if the trellis was supported on the inner pot. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love this.
