A good, long cooking spoon
This spoon could be a little heavier stainless steel, but it's a nice length for mixing and stirring thicker liquids than almost all plastic spoons. It shouldn't be used with non-stick surfaces but is fine used in stainless or all metal pots and pans.

Great mixing spoon
This spoon is wonderful for mixing. It is sturdy. The only thing is the edges of the handle need to be more rounded instead of a straight edge for comfort.
