I’ve used a lot of rugged phone cases, but this Dexnor case for the Samsung S20 Plus has been one of the most reliable so far. It feels extremely sturdy the moment it snaps on the corners are reinforced, the grip is solid, and the whole phone just feels safer in my hand. The built-in screen protector is actually better than I expected. It doesn’t affect touch sensitivity and keeps fingerprints under control. I also love that the case adds protection to the camera area, because that’s usually the first place I’m nervous about when I drop my phone. The kickstand is a really nice bonus. It props the phone up both vertically and horizontally, which makes watching videos or cooking tutorials so much easier. It locks into place well and doesn’t feel flimsy. Just a heads-up: this is definitely a rugged case thicker and more heavy-duty than slim cases. But if your priority is protection, this one delivers exactly that. Overall, great durability, great fit, and solid extra features. I feel way more confident carrying my phone around with this case on.

I bought this case because my last Samsung S20 + broke twice - once both the screen and the back and the second time just the back. I had that phone in a Moment case the entire time I was using it. The Moment case allowed me to mount their lenses, but it clearly was inadequate for protecting the phone. The phone ended up going black. After numerous attempts to resurrect it, I gave up and bought another phone. I ordered this case at the same time. It seems quite robust, but it hasn't really been tested yet. The fit of the case is excellent. I find the hinged cover for the USB-C port to be a nuisance, but I'm dealing with it. My phone doesn't charge on my wireless charging pad through the case. My old one did through the Moment case, but this case is definitely thicker on the back, especially with the kickstand. Other reviewers have complained about the kickstand not locking. Mine locks fine, but you have to force it a bit. The fingerprint scanner on my phone doesn't work well at all through the case. I've been able to make it work a few times, but it takes so many tries, it's easier to just use my PIN. Fortunately, I have no trouble with my touch screen through the case, although, as other reviewers have mentioned, it can be challenging or impossible around the edges. Overall, I like the case, but it's not perfect. It definitely makes the svelte S20 + into a much bulkier package, but that's the price of protection. Compared to other similar cases, this was a bargain.

So far this a huge improvement from my last case: -The kickstand seems far more sturdy. -It has a built in screen protector that now covers the side of the screen (which got cracked from the last phone case I was using) -Overall it seems sturdier and the color is more appealing. Will see how it holds up in a few months and report back.

The case feels really durable and I love that it protects both the back and front of the phone. No need for screen protectors that get nasty over time and bubble up on your phone. The buttons are easy to press on the side, all the necessarily holes are there for speakers microphone and camera. I was worried about the fingerprint scanner not working properly at first but once I squeegeed out any bubbles where the fingerprint scanner is and redid my fingerprints with the case on its responsive 100% of the time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU REDO THE FINGERPRINT SETTINGS WITH THE CASE ON. The fingerprint scanner part of the screen protector is slightly visible sometimes but not when it's important like watching videos. Also want to point out the kickstand works fine and is not flimsy as long as you push it down until it clicks. No issues with charger port area.

It fits. Fingerprint works. The issue I have is that the edges of my screen are not reactive due to the built in screen protector. Like there is not good contact from the screen protector to the screen of my phone on the edges. It makes it quite annoying trying to type or do things at the edge of the screen on the sides. The bottom and top are okay. I won't buy again because of this.

My requirement: I was looking for a reasonably-priced Samsung Galaxy S20+ case which provided coverage for both the front as well as the rear, allowed fingerprint reading and wireless charging without having to remove the case, and a kickstand that worked in both portrait and landscape modes but wouldn't interfere with wireless charging. After owning and using this case for 2 months, here are my observations: Pros: - Feels solid and protective, but not so bulky that it won't fit in a pocket. - Sides are ridged and slightly "tacky" to enhance grip, preventing accidental drops. - Corners are reinforced, protruding from the case body about a half-inch to provide extra protection. - Case covers my phone completely: front, back, and all sides and corners. USB-C port has a flap to cover against dust. - Front of case acts as a screen protector, still allows the fingerprint reader to function. Note - you should set up the fingerprint after the case has been put on and you'll still need to press more firmly than normal to get a good read, but it does work. - Wireless charging works even through the case. - USB-C port access is decently wide enough to allow all of my connectors to fit. Your mileage may vary. - Kickstand works in both portrait as well as landscape mode. Seems to stay closed via magnet I guess, since it hasn't unintentionally opened on its own. - Price was inexpensive, especially compared to more well-known brand names (Otterbox, Lifeproof, etc.). Cons: - Kickstand stays open via plastic notches. Over time I could see the plastic notches wearing down and the kickstand failing to stay open, but this has not yet been a problem at all. - While not overly bulky, it is still noticeably larger and heavier than a minimalist case. - The back and sides of the case are not transparent so you cannot show off the fun colors of your phone. - This case is not waterproof. There are a 4 holes leading directly to the phone itself: speaker, 2x pinholes (microphones?), USB-C port. Note: the S20+ is supposed to be IP68 waterproof anyway (fully functional in 1.5 meters for 30 minutes). Bottom line: I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. It satisfies all of my requirements and I would definitely recommend the Dexnor case and brand to friends and family. When I upgrade my phone in the future and need to look for a new case, Dexnor will be at the top of my search list.

It's my 3rd of these cases .. the back stand eventually gives out, but it's sturdy. I ordered the maroon one this time .. the color is way off, but it's a good case, the screen cover will get dust behind it and the print reader isn't the best .. but I use passwords anyway. I don't like the round kickstand, so this case works better for me than those types.
