Being so light, I do not even realize I am wearing it. With a scarf covering the back of my neck I fell warm all over. A plus is that it folds/rolls nicely into the included bag. I use these vests mainly as under layer especially when it's windy. Having this as an underlayer is excellent when I don't want to feel cold and yet not be bulky or feel like an overstuffed sausage.The other things I like about the 32 Degrees vest is that the exterior pockets have zippers and that there are two interior pockets too!
