Got this remote to cut down from three remotes (TV, Roku, and soundbar). Setting it up wasn’t that bad, just read the directions. You can use any of the top three buttons for any device, but I set them up with what was on the label ( TV for the TV, STR for streaming - Roku, and AUD for soundbar). Overall took only a couple minutes to be up and running. Reduced the clutter on my coffee table but a lot and it works great. Only thing to remember is you have to press the button for the device you want to control (I.e. if the last thing you controlled was the soundbar and want to change the channel, you need to press the TV or Streaming button first). Overall a good purchase.

Worked great on a tv I had no remote for. Setup was reasonably easy and took about 2 minutes. The good thing is you don't need the original control to operate and program it. So you can get up and running quickly. I personally dont like the way the buttons are set up but that's just my preference and the remote I am used to. No big deal. Seems to have all the buttons you potentially would need to operate a spaceship. So any of your devices will be fine with this.

My wife drops our remotes all-the-time. I can't break her of the habit, so the remote from our LG multi-region DVD player finally gave up the ghost after it's last trip to the floor. I was going to just buy another DVD player, but being thrifty (my wife says cheap) I decided to try one of these universal remotes. Now, as is the norm with these universal remotes, it took me a few tries to get the correct code for the DVD player, and messing about with the buttons for a bit. I don't know that there's any way around that. The good news is that once I got it figured out, it worked (and is still working) well. I don't know that this is better than any of the other universal remotes, but it's inexpensive and worked for me, so I recommend it and consider it good value for money.

10 stars!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked for 2 devices on the first attempt! Devices: TV (Dynex) DVD (JVC) Remote seems to work PERFECTLY for both devices! *Our 10-year old TV's remote stopped functioning and the TV controls have been acting wonkers for well over a year (press volume controls and it would change the channel; change the input and the volume would change; change the channel and it would power off; etc...but it would never be consistent with what currently controlled which function -- it became a guessing game of 'would it work; fingers crossed' at this point). Glad this remote seems to control the proper functions as they are labeled/intended! I have my sanity back when operating the TV!!! Note: I put a label with the TV and DVD codes inside the battery cover to refer to if ever needed in the future.

Works well. Was what I needed.
