Is this a Rose and Ben Beauty C42 brush dupe?

I don't have the Rose and Ben brushes (yet... but I really want them!) so I can't say if they are dups or not but I can say these are really nice brushes. I repurchased so I would have extra and use them every time I do my makeup. Also, I have washed these A LOT and they are holding up well. Highly recommend for the price and quality.

Which concealer brushes is better compare with enzo ken angled concealer brush?

I don't think there is any difference between these concealer brushes.For the price of one ENZO ken I can buy 2 brushes from ENERGY.So you know how to do.

Is this a rare beauty dupe?

I don't have the rare beauty brushes but these are really good brushes. I have reordered since these are the only brushes I use for concealer. I would also suggest getting the 3 pc set with the foundation brush. It's just as good for liquid foundation.
