2.5 Inch Assorted Plastic Puzzle Balls One Dozen

These are fun for kids and adults. Good way to work out the brains of hands on kids. I'd say for 10 and older 3D puzzle lovers or maybe as young as 8 for high IQ puzzle lovers. Moms and dads have fun with them too! Bought to put in a bags of party favors.

gave them to my grandchildren at Christmas to keep them busy, (age 5-12) and it was too difficult and pieces were everywhere

Package arrived fine, inside however 2 of the puzzles individual wrapping was torn and they were scratched up badly. Used as party favors for kids party, they were probably too young for them. They are cheaply made and difficult for little fingers. 2 stars for them coming damaged not the product themselves. Though the kids had a tough time, you really get what you pay for I bought them cheap and I'm not surprised the didnt work as I wanted them to.

I have a feeling that this is designed for someone who has more than two hands. Some pieces need to be position in a certain way, before another piece can be put in place. It is so hard to put together after taking the puzzle apart. My 6-year old was crying after failing to the puzzle back. Definitely, not for young kids, even adults cannot put the puzzle together without someone's help. Not recommended for kids' goodie bags

Overall, these puzzle balls are great and quite challenging and keep the kids and adults entertained very well. All except the gear puzzle! Trust me, there is a reason the gear puzzle is apart in the photo-it is pretty much absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to reassemble that one! No worries though-use the gears for something else (like wind chimes or make a vehicle out of them) and continue having fun with the other puzzle balls :)

Meh, they're okay as party favors, but they are cheap, so just expect a 3 star product. No big deal.

Fun puzzles. Difficult enough to challenge older kids. Too hard for the little ones. My daughter is 9 and struggled with some of these. Each puzzle comes with a little paper that has the solution on it, so if you don't lose that, you can help them when they get frustrated.
