I purchased a single speaker early last year. The sound is amazing for a single blue tooth speaker, the battery life last forever, and not to mention the LED lights and water resistance of the speaker is why I purchased it.This year I decided to purchase two additional speakers, with the hopes of connecting the three speakers together. Unfortunately, the original speaker I bought was the exact same model as the two new speakers but the first generation. The original speaker could not establish a stable connection with the other two speakers. I contacted Pohopa and within a couple hours, was contacted by tech support. We concluded that because of the different generations between the original and newer speakers, it would not connect.I thought I was going to have to buy a fourth speaker if I wanted three speakers working simultaneously. However, I was more then presently surprised when tech support offered to send me a new speaker at no charge. This goes beyond customer service, and people say customer service is dead 😉.Last night I tested the speakers in my gazebo, and it sounded amazing. We were surrounded by the music. The lights on the lanterns nicely lit our sitting area. I tested the distance I could separate the paired speakers from the primary speaker, and it went well over 60 feet. Our friends were so impressed with the speaker and sound, they put some speakers in their amazon cart. Not only do the speakers work better than expected, they are backed by a company that fully supports their product and has tremendous customer service. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Great Customer Service *by T***Z on Reviewed in the United States on January 8, 2018* This is great around the hot tub, I have 4 of them around a hot tub, only wish I could turn them on and off via some kinda remote control. The bluetooth connectivity worked great for me, only need to program one, and the others link to the main one that is programmed. I turn each on and off to save battery life, the battery otherwise lasts about 2 weeks depending on level of usage. When you link each up, it creates an unbelievable immersive experience.UPDATE: So 2 of my units failed after just more than 1 year of service. They stopped holding a charge thus unable to turn on. Even though pass the warranty period and I forgot to register, the Company took the return and replaced with 2 brand new units. The new units are working well and arrived quickly.
