Does this connect to Wi-Fi and is it easy to load ebooks from Amazon?

Amazon sells Kindle eBooks, so you must load those to a Kindle or convert them to ePub (if possible) in order to load on a Kobo. Kindle books are not directly compatible with Kobos.

Warranty. there is a warranty or repair center. is not charging anymore and i bought it in april 2022. tried lots of good cables but is not charging

Buyer pay return shipping if return

The product itself is on par with Kindle oasis, E-ink technology with database internationally However, I gave Three stars because the return policy is obscure. I purchased two as for Christmas gift for kids, but I end up with returning one without opening it. However, I need to take resposibility of the return shiping. I did understand I gotta pay but I would prefer this policy listed somewhere on the product page so buyer as I can prepare for this situation.

Dangerous and terrible battery life

Kobo has definitely harmed their reputation by releasing this without fixing the battery issues. You're not going to get much read when you buy this. You'll probably be trying to figure out how to get a reader with a battery that works
