There is an open space above the top of the shield so debris does get inside however, I still like it. I wear it for many projects such as mowing grass and weed whacking. I wore it while sand blasting an iron bed; it kept most of the sand at bay, but some did fall on my face from the opening above the shield. It comes in pieces but is easy to assemble. I found it to not be uncomfortable with easy to see through plastic. I don’t want to wear safety glasses along with a mask over my nose and mouth so this all in one shield works great for me. I would purchase this item again.

As expected! Nail technician here, i still wear a mask underneath the plastic mask. mask covers just above my chin and is indeed fog proof! Quality is good and does not weigh much but is very sturdy!

These are very clear and fit well. They are not made for anyone with a large head or face. Recommend for ladies.

The face shields work to keep debris away from my eyes while mowing my yard in dry, dusty conditions. The nose piece comes in a few different designs to personalize the fit. That's great, except what easily goes on, easily drops off while being worn, so I dropped a star for it. It's a pain to be mowing and suddenly lose the nose piece. I dropped another star after having used ond for several times on the mower. The side frame that sits above your ear digs in, especially if you wear noise cancelling headphones. In the end, I switched to sunglasses that fit fairly tight to the face and have soft silicone near the ears; working great.

Comfortable fit and good visibility/clarity. I use these in my hobbies for face protection from paints and chemicals.
