I purchased a different sink faucet originally however when I installed it there was a missing part that held the neck to the base. The faucet was useless. I bought this one in place of the first one and I didn't think I would be as happy because I love the style of the first one so much more. Man was I wrong. This faucet was so easy to install. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel is something I didn't know I needed and I will never go back. Also, the pull down sprayer on this faucet is amazing. The weight is extremely easy to adjust to find the perfect location and the sprayer snaps back into place amazingly well. I can't go over how well this faucet works and I don't even miss the style of the first one. It is a beautiful addition to my newly renovated kitchen. As an interior designer and owner of this faucet I will continue to use it for future projects with my clients.

super high quality, perfect size and not as huge and long as in stores , looks very luxurious , smooth to use and super great price and very competitive , very practical and functional to use. I ordered other pieced from the same brand to mach it for the rest of the kitchen and bathrooms

This faucet was ordered as a replacement and after reading the reviews decided this would be adequate, without spending $$$$ on “name brands”. The faucet arrived and it was completely installed within 35 minutes. I had ONE minor glitch (the hot water line tends to get bent) which was an easy fix with customer service. The faucet is solid and looks nice. It works well and does everything is should. An east installation .

This has proven to be a fantastic faucet with just one drawback. We picked up one of these for the break/lunch room sink and it looks outstanding. The button to switch to spray doesn't lock, so you do have to hold it down (although we knew about this going into it, so this wasn't a problem). So far everyone has had nothing but positive things to say about it. The only draw back is where the head piece screws onto the hose. You experience what I am talking about during installation when you have to remove it temporally to flush out any loose particles in the line before using the head. It unscrews from the hose connection that slides into the neck revealing plastic threads. There is no rubber washer or anything. Now we have seen YouTube videos online with this issue before buying, so we kept this as a scenario in our mind just in case. The issue, is that it may leak at these threads. Sure enough, when we finished installing the faucet, it did indeed drop and even spray a little from the connection point of the head to the hose. No matter how tight you screw it on, the leak was there. The solution however was easy. The videos on YouTube experiencing this only complained about it happening, but didn't try doing anything about it. All we did was apply a good layer of plumbers/seal tape to the threads of the head. This solved the leak/spray issue and the sink was ready to go. We are all tech geeks here, so plumbing isn't our forte--however, we still knew how to handle this. We can sometimes demonstrate a high level of OCD when it comes to alien projects such as this, to make sure that every variable is dressed neatly. Plumbers tape should be something everyone should have on hand when working on anything involving water like this. You should always apply it to any thread scenarios to help fight against leaks. That being said, an added solution by the consumer doesn't count towards a perfect finish as the leak shouldn't have been there to begin with. We took a star away because of this as it should have worked right out of the box based on the items that came with the faucet. If Kraus has leaky issues, then they should at least include a small ring of tape with their products to serve as a bandage to the problem. Beyond that, it is a fantastic looking faucet. It looks great, sprays great in both modes and adds to the aesthetics of the installed environment. **If you have found our review helpful, please vote it as helpful below so we know. Would recommend! love it, pro's and con's below... Pros: 1. brushed brass but still matched my satin brass hardware. 2. Installed easily with no issues in quartz one hole countertop 3. Works perfectly, the spray capability is fantastic and has outstanding water pressure 4. hardware feels quality, nice and sturdy 5. Swivels well and smoothly 6. The weight keeps the sprayer head tightly up against the neck 7. The price! I didn't chose it for this reason but I was looking at similar faucets for $400 and this one beat them all. And for the price, can't beat the looks, performance and value 8. Size & height was perfect for the space, not too small and not too large-some of the more expensive faucets were ridiculously tall and cut into the window view. I love the height, it's tall enough for my largest item but not so tall it looks odd or blocks any view. Cons: 1. it doesn't have a magnetic head and the weight clunks against my sink when I pull the sprayer quickly down. This could also be due to my sink size but something to note Can't say yet: 1. Since I have only had it a few weeks, not sure how the finish is going to hold up...fingers crossed and will report back. Update: have had for several months, finish is holding up perfectly. No issues AT ALL. Beats faucets 3x the $

I am updating my review. It is now 5/3/24 and I’ve had this faucet going on 5 years. I have had to replace the sprayer nozzle twice. I probably would have replaced it more frequently but I’ve been avoiding dealing with Kraus customer service. They first wanted me to pay $15 shipping to get a new sprayer nozzle a few years ago since the toggle stopped working and the water barely comes out. I did get them to send it for free after protesting. My solution has been to wrap a rubber band tightly around the top part of the toggle button to use the regular stream and not deal with the spray any longer. Otherwise, it is totally useless. I called them again today and they had me send this video to them and did say they expect me to pay shipping, to which I yet again protested and they said they’d take care of it and I wouldn’t have to pay. You’d think with this many unsatisfied customers for the same issue, that they’d fix the problem by now! Do not buy Kraus faucets! Their sinks are nice but I’m only buying Delta and Moen faucets from now on. Their stuff actually works and if there is ever an issue they send replacement parts for free! ——————————————- prior review below: I really like the look and feel of this faucet. The only issue I have is with the way the handle faces when trying to use the hot water. In similar kinds of faucets I’ve had, you pull the lever toward you and downward to make the water hot. On this, you are supposed to push it backwards. The way my sink is set up, below a breakfast bar, it bumps into my granite backsplash to do that. So we had to reverse the hot and cold connections so that it stays up for cold and pushes forward and down for hot. Otherwise, love this faucet!

The faucet is everything that I had hoped it would be. The fit is perfect, the installation was super easy, and the customer service has been fantastic. The quality of this faucet is as advertised. It's well built and made to last plus it works as it should. The pull-down works like a charm and goes back to the starting point easily and connects perfectly. I love the fact that when using the spray function and you turn the faucet off it automatically goes back to the normal function, so you never get the surprised spray when you turn it on. Once it was installed, we did have an issue with it making a humming/singing noise, so I contacted the company, and they returned my email very promptly offering a couple different solutions. Unfortunately, none of the solutions worked but they didn't give up. They worked with me tirelessly until we were able to make things right. I have never worked with a company that was so relentless on helping to make things right. They certainly do stand behind their product. Once we found the solution to the humming problem the faucet has worked perfectly, and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend this Kraus faucet for your kitchen. You won't be sorry, and you'll be in good hands with the customer service.

The top-mount instalation is just brilliant! This faucet is super easy to install, especially when you have a tight space under the sink. It works great, does not splash, and looks very nice too! It's cheaper than high-end brands, and definitely better than the low-cost models (which I had bought first and ended up exchanging for this one)!
