Review: Stop searching, this is THE pillow. - The pillow I’ve waited for my whole life, lol. The first night was odd. Do not sleep on these without a pillow case. We had just thrown our sheets in the laundry and somehow had no king sized pillow cases *anywhere.* I thought I might spontaneously combust. The next night, I threw on a pillow case and somehow that changed it completely. I’m a hot sleeper anyway, but haven’t had an issue since. I bought 2. I’m a stomach/side sleeper. They come with a bag of extra stuffing and this is something every pillow company should adopt. I added some extra stuffing to my 1st and it was perfect. I decided to leave the second as it came. Leaning against the 2 is perfect for reading, etc. I sleep mostly on the second that came as it is. This is the perfect combo for me. In fact, since I started using these pillows I sleep more on my back and side rather than my stomach. It’s only bit a couple of weeks, so I’ll try to report back. I didn’t use nearly all of the extra fill from even one bag. This seems important bc so often pillows loose their fluffiness and become dense. Being able to pull some of that older fill out and replacing it with the fresh is something I’ll definitely try. I’ve fluffed my pillows more bc they are new, but I know I’ll do this less after the newness wears off. So far, they are fluffy, but with the addition of extra filler, it is more firm. Not hard firm, just more full and less like “sinking into” the pillow in a bad way. The one I left as is? Is more of my sink into, mush around pillow. It’s a lovely night sleep. I feel supported, but not like I’m sleeping on a rock. The pillow rebounds quickly and doesn’t have to be rearranged to try to find a good position. We bought pillows with our mattress a couple of years ago and they were never up to par. They looked (and were) expensive, but there was never any support. Every night, I had to pull a pillow out of the space between my mattress and headboard. These are less expensive and I’ll be replacing all my families pillows. We all sleep differently, but they are great for every sleep position. The quality is outstanding. They are weighty, but sooo fluffy. Can you tell I love them??

I have had ongoing neck and shoulder pain for countless years and have frequently found myself trying to figure out better ways to sleep. I can never fall asleep on my back, and falling asleep on my stomach puts me into certain sleep paralysis. With that, of course, I am a true side sleeper. This pillow is like a cradle of divine comfort that I cannot even fully explain. The support in design is perfectly married with plush, tender filling. The curvature of the cut out provides the right amount of shoulder and neck space. It's malleable, yet firm. It's fluffy, yet sturdy. And here's the test of all tests for me: I am a lifelong night owl, always pushing to stay up, write, watch another episode, etcetera. This pillow? It is the very first item I've ever had that makes me crave an early bedtime. I can sleep! I can sleep?? It's still hard for me to believe it, but it's true. I am excited to go to bed because I can and do sleep well and through the night for the first time in my life. And even more, I wake rested and with no neck or shoulder pain. This pillow is a veritable miracle. I only wish they'd come out with a small travel version! Pro tip: order the soft original cutout pillowcase for it. It's a dream. **Q: Are these pillows made in usa? from the fill to the case and the cover?**
A: I looked at the tags on the pillow and cover and case made in USA and they manufacture the filling the USA too!  I try to get as many things as I can that are made in USA.  It is a great pillow.

**Q: How do i get rid of the overwhelming smell of chemicals in the fill? Is it ok to wash it?**
A: Viscoelastic foam or “memory foam” tends to have a scent when new. Since the memory foam in our pillows is freshly manufactured and packed, our pillows can sometimes have this scent.

Our apologies for any concern this caused. Rest assured, our foam is CertiPUR-US certified for your safety and does not contain any flame retardants. We never want to expose our customers to anything harmful or dangerous. We're not allowed to paste outside links within communication through Amazon, but if you google CertiPUR-US, their website can tell you more about their foam certification program and what it means.

To reduce the scent, you can place the pillow in the dryer on low for 1 to 2 hours with a couple of dryer sheets. I would also recommend separating the outer removable cover from the inner pillow when doing so in order to allow for more air flow.  

Depending on the strength of the scent, you might want to do this more than once. 

If you find that it doesn't provide enough help, you can wash the inner pillow and outer removable cover. Just keep in mind that because the pillow is dense and can only be dried on low heat, it may take several cycles to dry. Instructions for washing both are below. 

Removable Cover
-To Wash: Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
-To Dry: Tumble dry low. If you do not have a dryer, you can air dry the cover in the sun. Make sure the cover is completely dry before use.

Inner pillow
-To Wash: Secure the zipper closed with a safety pin to ensure that it does not open/spill memory foam during the wash. Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
-To Dry: Tumble dry low 3-5 hours. Make sure the inner pillow is completely dry before use. If not completely dry, place pillow back in dryer and continue to dry until no moisture is found inside.

Always separate the outer cover from the inner pillow before washing either item.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best pillow, underrated gem

I did a lot of research about this using my favorite AI app Claude. And I would say that I took a gamble on this pillow. What you need to know is that when it first arrives and you take it out of the packaging you will notice a strong odor. I am really sensitive to smells. So I put it outside and let it air out for two days. Which really removed a lot of the smell issues that I was having. I also then allowed it to be in the dryer on air dry for an hour. And because I am so sensitive to smells I decided to let it air out another day outside. That being said once the smell head evaporated which it did, because I am so sensitive to smells I cannot even wear perfume, I can’t handle the majority of cleaning products, I can’t handle scented body, hygiene, products, etc. like it’s bad so I really really made sure that it was freshened out after the smell went away which it does. I’m really happy with it. There is not much I can say other than I’ve purchased probably 50 different pillows this year on Amazon cheap ones expensive ones highest rate ones, etc. and this one really surprised me because I’ve never heard of it and frankly it’s kind of a game changer. Yes it’s expensive. However, for neck, pain and back pain I would say it’s solved about 40% of my pain it’s not very firm the cool thing about it is that it comes with the option to add or remove filling so you can adjust the thickness and firmness of it depending on your personal needs. I want to suggest this… Sleep on it before you add any more filling to it for a week if you need it firmer after a week then you can add more filling. The size is an odd size that has a curved lower half so I would say for somebody that’s looking to make their bed very aesthetically pleasing and/or balanced appearing. This is something I wouldn’t suggest. I actually use throw pillows to cover the curved end of it because I don’t like the way that looks. However, the way it is made is high-quality. And the fact that my husband actually likes it makes it worth a while because this guy doesn’t like anything.
