I installed it onto my large wooden door frame and I feel like it could hold a large dog, let alone my little cat. I really wanna expand onto my wall but if I do I'm going to have to locate the studs as I just wouldn't trust anchoring them against the drywall alone. That's not to say these aren't well built.
