Great bluetooth headphone adapters! HD Audio latency is kind of bad, but you can fix that.
I'll give you a quick TLDR: They are good, buy them. They have latency on HD audio which sucks for watching video, but if you turn of HD audio they still sound great and the latency goes away. The rest of this is specifics about the the audio. Honestly, these sound amazing and I don't really feel the lack of lossless audio. The AAC audio is very high definition and it doesn't really sound different than one of my bluetooth DACs with lossless paired with the same iems. It seems that the digital amplification circuitry is very good a similar to a proper dac. No "hiss" at low audio levels and no crunchy fade in's from silence to audio. Reading some of the other reviews people have mentioned that the pairing audio is super loud. I would agree with that, but in my case I never ran into disconnections so I never deal with it. I think if you also experience solid connectivity that shouldn't be a problem, but your success will vary. I will say that I am really please with how stable the connection is as a huge guy. This is going to sound dumb, but I'm used to headphones cutting out if they don't have really good bluetooth because bluetooth signal has a hard time transmitting through flesh. Being 6'5 and 350lbs, I'd say 1 out of 4 bluetooth headphones I use cut out randomly at times because of this issue. These didn't have that issue with either headphone. One tip I will give people with these is that, if you are dealing with serious latency while using them to watch things like youtube, it seems like these headphones are slow on the decoding of the HD Audio. They sound genuinely fine even without HD audio on, so if you are using them with Youtube a lot you might turn off HD audio. Oh, and the case is 10/10. Seriously, I have a case for my IEM's and it's fairly compact, but given the nature of the IEM's I use the most, they are just chonky. It's hard to make anything that isn't thick that can safely store them. This has just enough room and the rounded edges makes it about comfortable as a case for these IEM's can be. It makes me want to 3d print a similar case, but with a little extra room for a cable.

Extremely Impressed With the Battery Life!
I bought the CCA KZ AZ09 Bluetooth adapter about a year ago, and I have to say, Iโm still really impressed with it. Today, I decided to do a real-world battery test to see how long one earbud could actually last during phone calls. I started a call at around 12:00 PM and stayed on the call for more than 6 hours, until about 6:00 PM. After that, I went out again and continued testing. From approximately 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM, I was still using it. At that point, it was showing around 40%, but then I received a low-battery warning at 20%. Like a hour later or so So I donโt think the displayed battery percentage is completely accurate on the iphone. However, honestly, that doesnโt bother me because the actual battery life is what really matters. Just doing the math, I got well over 6 hours of continuous phone-call use on a single earbud, and it was still working later in the evening. Thatโs seriously impressive. I use the earbuds one at a time, which makes the battery life even better because while one is being used, the other can be charging in the case. With both earbuds fully charged and the charging case available, you can basically use these throughout the entire day without worrying about running out of battery. For comparison, Iโve used Apple and Samsung wireless earbuds, and I honestly donโt remember getting this kind of continuous usage from a single earbud on one charge, especially for phone calls. After owning these for about a year, Iโm genuinely surprised at how well the battery has held up. The Bluetooth connection has also been reliable for me, just at the beginning it was giving me some headaches but it came out good juat did some reset ans they workimg fine , and for the price, I think these are an excellent option if you already have compatible KZ/CCA IEMs. The battery percentage may not be perfectly accurate, but the actual battery life is outstanding. Iโm really impressed with how much use I can get out of these after a year of ownership. Highly recommended if battery life is important to you.

Would be perfect if not for the connection issues
Overall, I still love these things and I won't be returning them. They would be perfect, especially for the price, if not for the connection issues. Besides that, they are perfect budget wireless earbuds when paired with my KZ ZSN Pro. I'm willing to put up with annoyance of having to fiddle with the connection every time, but your mileage may vary. I compare these to my current favorite "everyday wear" earbuds, which are the Bose SoundSport, and they compare very favorably, even winning in some categories. Pros: - The sound is great. I feel that they get the most out of my KZ ZSN Pros. - They look great. By that I mean that they're inoffensive and unobtrusive. That's all I ask for, and that's all I get. They're very unobtrusive, a lot easier to wear than my favorites. They're also a lot harder to lose than the tiny in-ear things that you get from Apple, Google, etc. I was tired of spending $100+ just to lose one a week later. - They're very comfortable. I'm quite sensitive to this, and I consider most earbuds quite irritating. These I can wear comfortably as long as the battery lasts. Neutral: - The battery life is descent. I haven't timed it, but it seems to be better than Bose earbuds. Don't expect miracles from such small devices, but I would say competitive. - Unable to connect to multiple devices, but very few of these really excel at this, so I won't take any points off for that. Only Bose actually does it right in my experience. Cons: - Initial connection is annoying. I mostly use these with Windows, and I always have to go to the Bluetooth settings, disconnect, and reconnect before they start working. - Sometimes when I bump my left earbud, it stops working. I have to power cycle the device and re-connect when that happens.

Warning to CCA CRA owners looking to buy this
Iโll start out with my reason for my warning. These wireless adapters are LOUD when used with CCA CRA in-ear monitors. Iโm talking to the point of it being unusable. I tried using it with my iPhone because of the AAC connection, but I had to lower the volume on my phone to 1 step above OFF be able to comfortably listen to music. So basically it was either on or off. The in-unit warnings, such as โConnectedโ are ridiculously loud to the point where I had to make sure to they were paired BEFORE I put them on. And this is not an iOS issue. I tried pairing it with an Android phone and disabled absolute volume under Developer Settings, which allowed me to use the headphones 2 steps above off, which isnโt much of an improvement. Also, with Android (or at least with my Sony using Musicolet), the volume would occasionally reset to the โnormalโ level, and Iโd almost rip these off when I hit โplay.โ Ultimately, I had to return them. Theyโre just unusable with CCA CRAs. That said, you may be wondering why Iโd give it 3 stars. I give it one star for fit. Fit-wise, these are actually very comfortable and easy to wear. Also, considering the size, the case is as big as it needs to be and everything seems very well-made for the price. These felt like I could wear them for a long time without fatigue and being wireless, theyโre less cumbersome than the normal wired connection Iโd have to use with my IEMs. I give it another star for sound. When used with my iPhone in particular, sound quality was great. No noticeable noise and it sounded about as good wireless as it does wired. Iโd guess if paired with IEMs that require more power, these would sound great. Itโs just that with IEMs like CCA CRAs, which require very little power to drive them, this thing is RIDICULOUSLY loud. And the final star is for value. You get a lot for this price. The Bluetooth connection with both my iPhone and Sony phones were rock solid. I didnโt have any dropped signals or noticeable quality degradation. And when you factor in comfort and sound quality, thereโs a lot to like. Basically, if you have IEMS with more power-hungry drivers, these might be a great choice. But if youโre thinking of using these with CCA CRAs, youโre probably better off staying away, lest you risk hearing damage.

Finally found wireless earbud system that works for me!
So happy with these! I've always disliked wireless earbuds (at least the ones I can afford, hehe) because they fall out of my ears and when I have to push them back in again, I stop/pause/skip something with the touch controls most have. I paired this with the KZ EDX Pro and they fit snugly into my ears while the hook-over-ear design of the AZ09 did the rest. Result: Awesome sound and they stay in place.

Don't buy.
for it's price, it's pretty bad, pretty much everyone reports online how the right ear-piece just stops charging about a month after owning them, my issue is constant crackling and broken audio, I've only brought them as back-ups when my other wireless pair wasn't charged, rarely touched them except to test them at home and they are broken, Bluetooth 5.4 is also kinda old for 2026, can't test if it's waterproof because it pretty much is broken before it could get wet and the controls can be confusing as it doesn't really give feedback on what mode you toggled, just *beep* and you have to assume you did something right, also 48000 Hz 16 bit DVD peasant-quality audio is degrading to my ears, it reminds me of my childhood of when I have no money for myself to spend and my parents wouldn't hook me up with awesome hardware, so I never knew what was "good and cool" and just had to work with what I had. as a general rule of thumb for buying audio gear, get a DAC and wired headphones for PC, for phones get the matching brand (I.E Galaxy Buds for Samsung Galaxy, Airpods for iPhone), and if you want wireless for PC, make sure it's made to be a high quality bluetooth headset itself or even better, a USB connected dongle if you want to know why I bought this over-priced, mass-produced product, is because I was shopping for IEMs and thought it would be awesome to have a "hybrid" of being able to conveniently swap between wired and wireless, the IEMS are still good wired, and let's me listen to 24-bit 96000 Hz audio, but this purchase never sat right with me, especially considering how my JBL 710BT mogs these, and JBL isn't even impressive I just bought them long time ago and use them for comfort when I can't sit in a chair for 8 hours, but I'd rather just have my IEMs at this point to be wired only because the type-C pins are slowly chipping and when the protective layer fully cracks and falls off the pins, the pins will start breaking, so heed my warning shopper! or feel the wrath of buyers' remorse!

Great product, great price, stays put in your ear and has great sound!
Another great purchase to write about! I work around our property every weekend and being a music lover I always have ear buds in so I can listen to tunes while I work. The problem is apparently my ears are misshapen in some way that makes every ear bud I've tried not seat correctly so the buds fall out of my ear. Anyone who constantly has to readjust or push their earbuds in can feel me on that point. I wanted a quality ear bud that fit securely and wouldn't come loose as I worked - and this product didn't disappoint. I will say that being Chinese made, it has some funny quirks - it sounds like the lady announcing that the device has connected says "Connectate" instead of "Connected". I don't really care about that though - all I care is that the sound is good quality and the buds stay firmly in my ear. This product did both very well and I'm loving not having to take my buds out and reseat them every 5 mins. I'm using a after product foam type ear piece - you can squish it down tight, put it in your ear, and it will expand to fit perfectly. Battery life has been great for the time I've had these (about 6 months). I'll work around our 7 acre property for 6-7 hours without having to charge and it still has juice left if I forget to charge them. This also has an option to be used as a corded ear bud as well, which I did find useful since I travel a lot and use headphones with a plug while flying to watch movies or listen to music. Now I have the best of both worlds. From a cost/value perspective you can't beat the price and they do seem to be of good quality. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a versatile set of music buds, that stay put in your ear and block out unwanted noise, keep their charge for 7+ hours, and are easy to pair to your phone/tablet or computer. I'd definitely buy them again.

Good value for the price. amazing battery live
So i got these for a trip and the battery life was outstanding with them lasting from 7AM to 11PM with some charge left and not dropping a beat. Audio is pretty good and will depend on the IEM's paired with the headphones. Quality can drop over long distances but connection seems to be pretty quick to repair. Pairing was a breeze compaired to other bluetooth devices. When paired with a good set of IEM's these can be a great value for money. Compatability with my android phone and linux machine was quite good. The Mic Quality is serviceable and used them in online meetings. Comfort will depend on the IEMs as well. The case is very durable and will take a lot of knocks and bangs in a backpack, suitcase or deep pockets. The bad is the pinout is standard but how it mates with IEM's can be problematic. My EW200 and Moondrop Cus II's would not stay on so i had to order a set of IEM's specific for the pinout i got. This might vary depending on the IEM you have or are getting.

Excellent!
Have turned my IEMs into amazing earphones. They connect well. Make sure that they've been disconnected from every other Bluetooth. A minor niggle is that they have very short range. Otherwise they're fantastic

Bluetooth cuts out
Overall a good product, but the one thing bugging me is when I have the volume low and on AAC codec which is the highest quality on android it will cut out quieter frequencies. Otherwise, it works well with my KZ ZSN PRO X's with huge range, sound quality that sounds the same as wired except for the issue I mentioned which happens below half volume.
