I would have to say I believe in Jarrow is a company having a strong team of scientist and implementing stringent quality controls in the development and distributions of their supplements. Jarrow 90 mcg. Caps contain a form of Vitamin K made from the fermentation of Bacillus Subtillus on Natto (which is made from non-G MO Soybeans). MK-7 is believed to be biologically active longer in the body vs. its cousin MK-4 {which I read may be synthetically produced in supplements)not sure on that. You hear and read about other forms of Vitamin K.I believe MK-7 is best. It is believed Vitamin K directs calcium to the bones otherwise it will stay in the blood and collect in the arterial walls. If calcium stays in the blood it will cause a hardening of the arteries. In effect, while MK regulates blood calcium levels,it also plays an important role in blood clotting. Some authorities recommend 70-80 mcg. a day for males and 60-65 mcg a day for females. Use this with vitamin D3. Spinach, Kale, broccoli and Brussels Sprouts, are good sources of vitamin K. I would like to mention that I did notice less plaque on my teeth lately.Tooth plaque is caused by salivary calcium. There are other good brands like Doctors Best. Healthy Directions, NOW, etc. I did like the price vs strength of tablets and that you get 60 caps.

Common deficiency....worth a try!
Recommended by cardiologist. He won't let me take calcium suppliments due to potential for calcium to build up in arteries. But my nails were so dry, brittle and rigid that it was truly embarrassing. Suffered from thin, bleeding nails for more than a year. Started taking this, and my nails are suddenly growing out fine! Looks like I didn't need MORE calcium, I just needed the K to make the calcium I already have in my body work!!! Super happy!

Good product
Good product with few fillers. Next time I will buy the other form of K-2 though. (K-2 MK-4) because I've read that it's more absorbable and better for my bones and assimilation with Vitamin D-3.
