I'm a writer, so Moleskine's have been my companion's for a while. The ones where I feel less constrained to write my ideas are the Plain ones, as sometimes I like to draw as well. The large size is great for me, since I can fit more ideas on a page while the notebook still fits in my purse. The hardcover is also great, and although the pages are a bit thin to me is not too much. I got the sketchbook once but then it felt too thick so I stick with the normal one since then. The inner pocket is great, I always use it. Now when the red cover one came out I thought I gotta had one, red is my favorite color. What else can I said?

It is a nice notebook and is just as advertised.

I use this journal for writing, sketching, traveling and planning. Blank pages let you do what you want with each page; the paper is sturdy and can take light watercolor, pencils, Sharpie, ink. Shove this journal in your bag and it holds up great. The back flap holds mementos, playbill, notes: the perfect reminders of that space in time with this particular journal.

This is all I use for journal writing. The color is my favorite. The paper is nice and thick so I can use roller ball pens and write on both sides of the pages. The cover is sturdy. No complaints.

The usual exceptional Moleskine quality in an energizing shade of red. It's a picky thing, but I really like how the elastic is just the right color. It's the attention to detail that makes something special, isn't it? This is a sleek notebook in a fun color, and fans of Moleskine products will not be disappointed.

I am a self-professed tech geek - I love technology and all the convenience it brings us. However, there is something about putting pen to paper - a great fountain pen to paper that takes the ink like they were meant to be partners forever. Moleskine notebooks are a joy in their simplicity, their style, and their history. It is fun to write in, and I like the old-school feel. Digital is great and has many advantages - but analog just always works! These are great notebooks and I highly recommend them to those that love putting pen to paper.

It's a nice moleskin, I love the color -except that the pages are thinner than they used to be which means that the ink from pens bleed through. I used to be able to write in moleskins with microns, tombows and have no bleed through, but there is now.

I have two moleskines, one red classic large, and black similar dimensions but reporter style. The binding on that one is on the other axis. Because of the bright red color I interact with the sketchbook more. I write more entries, sketch more ideas, just all around chronicle my thoughts. I truly believe that sketchbooks are important part of problem solving. Been using moleskines for about 8+ years, they aren't overpriced but built to last.

This is my standard notebook for exhibition reviews. Being red means I don't come out of the house with the wrong notebook! I've now filled several. The paper is thin and works extremely well with my preferred writing implement. I think it's possible it's a bit too thin for any pen which tends to be seen through paper. I'm a big fan of the band which keeps the Moleskine closed as it means the pages inside don't get messed up or inadvertently torn when at the bottom of my bag. The enclosure on the inside of the back cover is particularly useful for collecting business cards when meeting artists! I pop them in straight away and that way they get back to my desk safely. The only thing that could improve this Moleskine for me would be some way of labelling it on the outside for filing which doesn't involve me filling out a sticky label.

Llevo ya unos años comprando productos Moleskine y nunca me han decepcionado. Son cuadernos resistentes y muy atractivos visualmente. Ideal para llevar a todos lados. Mi único problema es la transparencia de las hojas, depende mucho el bolígrafo y tinta que uses, yo siempre uso los Pilot V5, punto fino y tinta en gel y siempre se transparenta, es algo molesto. He intentado usar otros tipos de bolígrafos con tinta de aceite y estos funcionab mucho mejor en este tipo de papel. Ya es cuestión de como te acomodes.
