Review: They just work - This was the second try for this type of equipment. First one (3.3V, auto direction) did nor work. These worked like a champ.
Review: Works, but may have to remove R7? - After multiple failed attempts to get 2 of these boards communicating with each other, I found something that mentioned a "terminating resistor" (R7) that should only be present on the last device in your RS485 run. I removed R7 on two boards and they successfully exchanged messages with each other. I have not yet tested more than 2 devices communicating on the same bus. I'm not sure yet if it will work if none of them have R7 installed. Also, if you are attempting to use these with arduino and the software serial library, this might be a helpful hint: pay attention to which pins have interrupt capability. You must receive serial data using an interrupt enabled input pin. The boards themselves seem reasonably well made. Solder joints all look good.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Led differential signal

Used these and an ethernet cord to get led differential signal over 50 feet when the single ended data line wasn't powerful enough.
