I keep this in my deer hunting stand just so I can get a jump start on what mother nature is throwing my way. It fits easily in a backpack or cargo pocket, uses simple easy to understand terms, and is loaded with information. There over 100 amazing photos (counted myself) that are roughly 3 1/4" by 3 1/4"... and a dozen or so diagrams showing how storms work. Keep in mind that its a pocket guide, and is not very large at all. It doesn't break out into incredible detail about storms, but gives you the basics.. and I can vouch that its plenty of information to help predict whats coming your way. I had to finally get a new one after my original copy was stolen with my backpack... but the pages are semi-glossy and repel water pretty well if you DO get caught in a storm. Other than that, there isn't much to say about this product. If you camp, hike, hunt, or do any outdoors activities that take you off the beaten trail... this is good for you.
