Accurately molded plastic body shell painted black Review: I got a pair of these for my Atlas Shay to haul as it as the “wrong” couplers (knuckle rather than Rapido) and they are great wagons. Putting the verticle posts in is a little fiddly but because the logs are seperate you can arrange them so that they look natural (a risk with cars like this is that the loads look unrealistically identical). Also, because they come with both knuckle couplers and Rapido ones I’ve set up one wagon so it has one of each so that it acts as a bridge to my other rolling stock. I’m very happy with these. The car rides smooth and has a nice feel to it. The logs are nicely detailed and vary in sizes and even shapes. However, the poles that go along the sides are a bit thin and can be hard to tell what orientation they go into the car at. I was also missing a single one of these poles (why I deducted a star) and decided it wouldn't be worth the hassle of getting a replacement.
