Pretty excited as this truly made a game changing experience for us at work. The new device had delivered within the time frame Angela had stated and it is now back up and running. The location I work at had ordered a total of 16 of these all from different departments. Out of the 16 only the one had this issue. Overall even with a minor hiccup we are very pleased to have made the decision to go with Retekess. Sound is very loud and clear for both sides and the mics pickup really well. The software within the device also is able to remove all the conveyance sound in the background automatically making the voices even more clear. Just as a fun fact for using these to anyone that get's one. The main base mic facing the teller/employee has the higher priority so if you speak while the customer is, their audio will not transmit to the teller.
