I needed these when adding wheel spacers to a 1990 Dodge D150 to get the thread engagement I was looking for. I had one or two of these that looked like I may have issues with threads, but it all worked fine. I used a little thread locker and I've been running the spacers for a few months with no issues.

Exactly what was needed after swapping rims and tires on my PWC trailer. The trailer had short lugs and the rims were deeper than the originals. The extension allows enough depth beyond the acorn to engage the lugs.
