Cells are still glass **Q: size in inches, it cant be 7" x7". I need exact size, this looks like a misprint ?** A: It is not 7x7. No idea why that's on the specification. Please search the original product to find accurate dimensions. **Q: Can I trim the edges of this panel? I need one thats less than 19.25. The solar panel collecting part is almost 1.5 inches away from the edge.** A: I am not an expert, but I would strongly discourage you from doing this as it may cause permanent damage to panel and render it inoperative. It wasn't the panel! The first time I used it with sae cigarette plug adapter from another panel kit and it worked fine. I tried to use again with a set of sae alligator clips and it didn't work...figured out the polarity coming out of the mppt controller has reversed polarity...put a reverse adapter in and worked fine!
