**Q: I take it, since only nickels are mentioned, it only works on "nickel" coins????**
A: Designed to bring up buffalo nickel dates that are not there

**Q: Hello does it effect the value of the coin if yah does it make the coin worth less if it's a key date or a rare one ?**
A: Yes it lowers the value when compared to non-altered coins.  However, in many cases you wouldnt have a clue what the date was without this product.  I use it mostly for fun!

**Q: Will this restore the ppofile on the coin also, or just the date?**
A: Just the date

**Q: Is there anything that will restore dates on half dollars (standing liberty)?**
A: No, to the best of my knowledge there isn’t anything that will restore a date on a standing liberty. They are silver and I know of nothing that will restore silver.
