Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate 120 Tablets

I tried many different magnesium brands each with different ingredients. They all made me stomach sick and did not raise my magnesium blood levels which were too low and causing leg cramps at night. My doctor recommended taking the bisglycinate chelate and now my blood levels are good. I did a lot of research to find the right brand because the cheaper ones do not absorb as well. This one is best because it has chelation technology and is fully reactive. It works great and I no longer have cramps or stomach issues. I take this 3 times a week so that my stomach does not get upset and this amount keeps my labs good. I also have sleep issues at night and taking magnesium pills does not help this issue at all. In fact, I know many people who take magnesium pills because they have sleep issues. They do not help for sleep!!

This is the only one that I could find thats unbuffered (no oxide fillers) with a high count of 360 tablets. There are only one or two others that are of excellent quality with a lower count but don't ship to Australia. So I'm hoping that when I recieve them that they will do the job. And if so I will be a customer for life!!

This was honestly a God sent and i praise him for that. It has cured many things that were wrong with my body all my life(btw im 26yrs). I have suffered from PMS all my life. I also had anxiety and felling overwhelmed with life. I had low energy (fatigue) through out the day, i had to take a nap to get through my day and even if i did, i didn't feel rested enough. I also had insomnia, digestive issues. I visted so many doctors who mostly diagonised me with depression, low blood cells, low immunity and other things. I took prscribed medications, i also tried candida cleanses, took natural herbs and probiotic (which have helped with digestive issues but not other issues, i still take probiotics) but all the meds didn't help and decided to go off the meds cause my stomach couldn't take it. (I spent thousands of dollars on meds). I honestly made it through my day by the power of God. BUT With this magnesium all my symptoms were gone the next morning of my first pill. Sleep insomnia is gone, fatigue is gone, i have energy, no more brain fogs, no more PMS, no more anxiety or overwhelmed( very calm now). I thank God everyday for this magnesium, i wish i knew of this as a teenager and college years. It would have made my experience studying and learning so much better because i liked learning but fatigue and anxiety were not on my side. This is also a very good quality magnesium, i highly recommend it. Sorry for the long review but i had to share.
