I’m using the machine daily since bought and I can say it makes really great coffee. Easy to clean and maintain as well. As overall worldwide reviews for this coffee machine are excellent, I confirm the same.

This is a great product and would highly recommend it to coffee lovers. Well worth the price! It gives results as good as any coffee chain like Starbucks or Third Wave. It is also fun to froth the milk with the steamer just like in the coffee shops. I have been experimenting with different coffee beans to find my favourite blend.

We love coffee. And an automatic machine is exactly what we needed. It worked really well for 4 months and then it started giving trouble. Basically the coffee grounds were not being tipped into the drawer blocking the machine from use. We called Orient who are the service partners for DeLonghi in India. They were very prompt in sending someone. After spending an hour on it at our place the technician took the machine and it's more than 5 weeks since. No sign of the machine. I keep following up and I am told that 'part is awaited', 'part has come', 'it's being fixed', 'it's being checked'. But I still don't have the machine at home. Not sure what the issue is because they don't communicate clearly. It's a great machine. If only the after sales service was as great. October 2023 update: water dripping into coffee grounds tray and staff say that is normal. It didn't happen earlier. Spout is loose. Both product and service are sub par.

The Delonghi magnifica S coffee machine is frequently undergoing to breakdown due beans grinder issue. Till now four times machine underwent into breakdown condition. Therefore requesting to replace for smooth use at our home. After breakdown also we are finding difficulty in getting service by your technician. Please do justice by replacing with right appliance. Thanks and regards.

Machine is slightly on the expensive side at Rs 78000 . However it is very easy to use, I simply love it. A very nice elegant looking machine and I've even used it in a professional workplace where it was grinding and brewing close to 25 cups a day and its been running for almost 2 years and still going strong.

The machine stoped working after 1.5 months of purchase, the customer support guy who came was absolutely clueless, there is no relief in sight for such a costly product. De longhi needs to make the support reliable if it intends to sell such high priced products. Really disappointed

Es una cafetera realmente buena. No desperdicia agua tan solo se mantiene limpia en todo momento. Hace muy buen cafe y se de lo que hablo ya que soy camarero y he trabajado con molinillos manuales y es necesario una buena carga y un buen molido. Yo la tengo puesta a un 4 de molinillo max de cafe y agua super caliente. La capacidad de café es muy buena. Las infusiones se hacen en un momento y la crema de capuchinos es realmente buena

Great product and not common in Canada. Fill it with water and beans, press the button and it makes you a fresh cup that tastes way better than any drip machine. Maintenance and operation is very easy. Instructions are helpful. Make sure vendor sells you a machine that can handle Canadian/USA 120 W vs Europe's 220W. Just because you buy it on Amazon.ca doesn't mean that this is the case. Check with vendor. I use this for an office with 15 employees and it works great. Grinder can be pulled out and replaced!
