After spending an hour on it at our place the technician took the machine and it's more than 5 weeks since.No sign of the machine. I keep following up and I am told that 'part is awaited', 'part has come', 'it's being fixed', 'it's being checked'. But I still don't have the machine at home.Not sure what the issue is because they don't communicate clearly.It's a great machine. If only the after sales service was as great.October 2023 update: water dripping into coffee grounds tray and staff say that is normal. It didn't happen earlier. Spout is loose.
