When I select β€œnew” as a search filter, I’d expect to only see new products in the results. Nevertheless I found this one. When it arrived I knew instantly it was not new but, was in fact used. Dust inside, scratches/dings on the outside. I’m not saying it’s a bad machine. No, it actually works just fine. What I’m saying is IT WAS MISREPRESENTED as being new and listed albeit as an inexpensive new computer, but actually a very high price for one that isn’t new. Customer service was responsive and did relent to my request for a discount, but I still overplayed considerably. I will not be looking to ReUse Computers for anything in the future.
