I have not as yet had an opportunity or need to call upon the warranty. The product is working fine. Still it is early days yet. But in case the need arises, I hope it will be a smooth process.

Do not buy this. They will refuse to repair your item if 1 year did not pass from your purchase. So if your item fails before the end of the year, Good luck. Also, if you ask for a refund, they will not return the full amount. This is their breakdown that they will NOT show you at time of purchase: Month 1 : 100% Month 2 : 70% Month 3 : 60% Month 4 : 50% Month 5 : 40% Month 6 : 30% Month 7 : 10% Month 8 : 5% They know what they are doing and it's disgusting.

انها فعلا جميله تقوم بطحهي الدجاج و لديها خاصيه الدوران الذاتي و حرارتها عاليه . يجب ان تكون برفقة العائله حتى تستمتع بالطعم اللذيذ

Not useful...for product cost in range above 200 AED.....waste of money
