The sounds I'm getting out of the 4th position are fantastic, it really gives my telecaster a totally new dimension and adds a lot of versatility. The switch on this feels really solid and the soldering work on mine was great. The pots they used are very fast and easy to use. My only complaint is that the tone pot doesn't seem very responsive until you get to the lower end of the spectrum. I can turn it about half way down and not notice too much of a change in my tone. I'll probably wind up swapping that out for a different pot.
